- Mosquitoes disappear from the first minute you put it on your terrace or balcony. If you're looking for a way to get rid of mosquitoes, here it is.
Whenever i go hiking i eat a tablespoon of minced garlic...its gross and hard to get down....but im telling ya mosquitos stay away from me. They loooove me usually are all over me...but not when i eat lots of garlic.
Yeah I just take garlic pills.
If you don't down the minced garlic the mosquitoes don't stay away from you?
@@JillofAllTrades2 I can guarantee when you take enough garlic to either smell yourself of it no mosquito will bite you. They hate it in your blood. They may still nip you to try if they are super hungry but it's not a full itchy bite.

Many yrs ago while living in Alaska I learned to rub a little garlic oil on my skin and never had a mosquito land on me or bite me

Apparently mosquitoes are drawn to the smell of banana coming from your pores. Might better switch to berries for the warm months.

100% If I don't have the fumes surrounding me, the mosquitoes will find the spot where the smoke isn't hitting me and BITE THE HECK OUTTA ME!! 😡🤬
If you grow mint take some leaves and rub your arms and neck and Mosquitoes will stay away and you smell good so friends don t leave LOL
Why not just make coffee on the patio ?
Burning or boiling coffee has zero effect on mozzies, it just lets them know people will be nearby.
What's the point of baking soda under the coffee?
Baking soda won't burn. It's a protective layer for the dish.
There's no point to any of these terrible ideas lol! Try mixing unicorn farts with elf hair and strap it to tinkerbell.

@@tdhtran Lot of mosquito remedies don't work. Living 60+ years in Louisiana I'll say the only thing that works well is DEET.
Of course the substance contains chemicals, just not man made/synthetic chemicals 🙄🙄🙄 On top of that, the ants will find a tiny spot where you missed spraying the solution, including under the ground or where you can't see, and get in that way.

@@suemoreno5217 no, I did not try them. I’ve gotten so many bites this summer that I honestly don’t feel them anymore. Maybe my body has gotten used to them-if that’s possible? Have you tried any of these methods? Do they really work?

Number 2 looks kinda gross…brown gooey stuff on toilet paper. And how does it repel midgets? Are they a problem in some parts of the world? That’s kind of mean, no? Poor midgets. I’ve actually never even seen a single midget on my back patio - maybe I don’t live in the right climate or something - and now if I use this method of mosquito control I suppose I never will see them. Do midgets bite? Would it not be easier (and kinder) to just teach them some manners? Who knew midgets hated coffee so much? I wonder if they had to ban coffee on the set of The Wizard of Oz…. Neither do those with allium allergies. The smell alone can cause bad reactions (or even lethal in rare cases).
