This turned out awesome! I love pork I just can't find many recipies using pork shoulder or sirloin. It's always the same pulled pork. I will be making this again...thank you

That's great, I'm glad it turned out delicious! Pork shoulder is so versatile, I make a ton of recipes with it. Country style ribs, carnitas, pork steaks, grind it for sausage, etc. And of course this stew, which I've been making more often than beef stew the last few years.
