I would love to see Mark’s Pharmacy Purgatory animated from the “We Were Screwed” that was so funny. If that had pan out for the entire episode we would then have our Bob’s Fridge, Wade the King of Meat, and Mark’s Medic Mishaps; our Distractible Three major episodes.
Oh my, even more interesting things happening to Bob! It's wonderful to see more beautiful animations from you, thank you for sharing them with us. If I had the time and skill, I wouldn't be able to resist animating the Disappointing Our Parents podcast, where Bob tells his 'Aargh! To the Duchess!' story.
I love that! The set design was awesome, the colors are vibrant and warm. The little bits of comedy are just the best. Seeing Walter wrestling with the kayak and landing perfectly on was awesome. I think this might be my favorite one of the Distactible animations. ☺️
I liked how when Bob turned into Jigsaw Mark protected Tiny Box Tim and Wade lowered himself on his seat. Also, that part where Walter had an unruly kayak was great.
This is my favorite story on the podcast :) It was a sad day for me when they took all the episodes off youtube, so I’m pretty glad you uploaded this :)
When Bob first got in the van I instantly thought the van has the Boez logo on the side as a neat little Easter egg from Bob's fridge. Keep up the great work.
Ha! Nice addition to the Bob's stories playlist. I recommend doing the pirate gas station story or the convention accidental VIP infiltration story next.
love the eagle scout uniforms at 0:45. as an eagle scout, i'd say the one thing you missed on them was the medal of the eagle is too high up, and in its place should be a small purple circle for the World Crest.
I like that during the kayaking scenes, you have the three Eagle Scouts being synced and the two "normies" being out of sync with them. It's a nice touch. Also, was it explained in the original episode, but why didn't Bob just flip his kayak over during one of the many portages?
In high school, there was a segment of our gym course were we got a bit of kayak training, because my high school had an indoor pool. Getting in and out of a kayak is a real pain, as Bob describes it. Especially these ones because they were completely enclosed, where only our torsos stick out of the kayak. One day we had to learn how to flip recover if your kayak capsizes. So Bob's story is resurfacing those memories.
This is great! I can tell how much you added from the bobs fridge story from now Edit: also the mobile view thing you did for the lunch bag part is an nice touch for people like me
If you're going on a trip with Eagle Scout friends, never let them plan it, for three reasons 1. They think everyone has the same level of expertise as them 2. They think everyone loves it when the trip is super long and terrible 3. They don't understand why the first two reasons are a thing
please don’t stop with these. i’ve been waiting for someone to animate these podcasts and you chose the perfect form of animation along with extremely accurate and hilarious visuals, keep it up!
Something I just noticed is that when Wade mentioned his kayak had a hole in it, the one he is in slowly sinks and it’s more noticeable if you skip forward a few seconds
Last month, me, my mom, and a bunch of friends, went kayaking in this river. It was my first time ever kayaking or canoeing or any type of water boating activity that involves a paddle. So I was hyped. The way it was set up, was a stair case from land down to the river, and a plastic sheet-covered slope into the water for the kayaks. We each took turns getting into our kayaks. My mom and I were the last in line for our group. Because of my ADHD brain, I did not notice that the guides were helping people into their kayaks, so when it was my turn to get in. I just GOT IN. Everyone on the port had a surprised expression and I was confused. I didn’t bother overthinking it so I just rowed down the river to join the rest of my group. A couple hours into the trip, and at some point I flipped over and went under the water. I swam back up and my first instinct was to save the bag that was with me on the kayak, because in it was my phone, food, bug spray, etc. After I got the bag on the kayak, I realized that my vision was a little bit blurry. I felt my face, near my eyes, as I had realized that my glasses did not come back up with me. My mom caught up with me and immediately asked me where my glasses were, and I told her what happened. We spent an hour searching for them, maybe longer. Eventually we gave up and decided to order a new pair since we planned to get a new pair in July anyway. We also realized that the building that I get my glasses from closed at 7pm and needed to get the trip done as fast as possible so I rowed faster. I kept rowing even as my arms flared with aching and fatigue. I had lost the group as I was going faster than them. I looked around while I rowed, there were bridges for trains and cars, graffiti staining the stone. There was logs and huge parts of trees stuck in the water forming mini obstacles in my path to reaching the end of the river to get out of the canoe. That’s when I realized that, there were houses nearby. There was someone’s backyard to my right. I was reaching town. The end of the river. My arms and thighs were burnt to a pale red by the sun, my biceps and wrists were annihilated from the constant motion. But I could see not too far in the distance: the concrete ramp to get out of the canoe. I rowed up, and one of the employees asked me,”how was the trip?” And I tried to tell him that I lost something along the way, but he didn’t give a shit, it wasn’t his job to care. So I went over to a bench and sat down waiting for the others to catch up. I made it.
The next animated distractible should be when Bob got his motorcycle and when he was going to athens to do a gig and it was a cold night. I'll send a link when I find it. Link: th-cam.com/video/DoMZsxYZBdc/w-d-xo.html The story starts about 32:40. "The longest, coldest, shittyest, night"
I think we all have a story like this, where you go out and just do not realize how unprepared you were and at the same time every possible problem ends up happening. Had a fishing trip when I was young that I’m amazed by the end the boat didn’t sink and we were just all surviving on an island with how much went wrong, at one point the car we were driving is was hit by our boat… on the highway…. Our own boat!
i have a kayak license, bob like "there was only in front or behind there was no compartments" well ya that's a kayak. only way u would have a tad more is if you had a kayak for 2 or a long kayak. lol be glad he had room at all, some only have a place for you alone to squeese into.
You ever think about animating snippets from Ear Biscuits by Good Mythical Morning. Rhett and Link tell a lot of stories not dissimilar to this one and I think they'd be hilarious in your animation style.
Now we need Wades party story to be done
Or the "fuck your dreams, fuck your nightmares"
@@FlinnyWinny hell yeah
God yes. That was insane
@Aren I think he is talking about the speech and week of lawyer camp
Oh, god yes!
My Eagle Scout self would ironically love a 26 mile kayak trip, although probably when the river was more full
I think anybody kayaking/canoeing would like the trip better if the river wasn't dry.
Just make sure you time it right with the weather you don't want to be going on like raging Eldritch Waters

the fact you basically made a entire level and filmed a cutscene is just amazing
Thanks! Be sure to check out my other animations. Subscribe and hit the bell to get notified when a new one comes out.
Nothing against you Sir Walter Underbridge, our fearless leader of animators, but you really missed out on making the third eagle scout boy Tyler.
Thanks for watching! Keep an eye out in the future. 😉
This honestly makes me want to do camping again.
I have a fear of the kayak flipping over and me being unable to get out of the kayak which would trigger my phobia of drowning.
I love that! The set design was awesome, the colors are vibrant and warm. The little bits of comedy are just the best. Seeing Walter wrestling with the kayak and landing perfectly on was awesome. I think this might be my favorite one of the Distactible animations. ☺️
Glad you enjoyed it! It was definitely a fun one to make.
Bob's (whatever)
Everyone: YES
Man, you could literally animate any story from the podcast, and it would be enjoyable. Great work!
Thanks so much!
I see bob has the same luck with kayaks as he does with fridges.
Poor Bob. 😂
and coin toss and wheel
I’d extend it to just water in general
That’s the *real* culprit
I liked how when Bob turned into Jigsaw Mark protected Tiny Box Tim and Wade lowered himself on his seat. Also, that part where Walter had an unruly kayak was great.
I love the continuity, every time something goes wrong it’s always the Woes van.

The gas station one is going to happen but I am currently working on a FNAF animation for Halloween so it might be a little later when it comes out.
Omg pirate gas station plz! So funny.

The animation for when bob was talking about how hard it is to get back in the cyak. It was just hilarious
Please keep doing these. Their stories work so well with your animation style haha
I'm happy to make these. They are very enjoyable to animate.

I thought about too while I was animating.
Propably because it wouldnt solve the issue, only prolong it.
@@ethribin4188 True, but it would make it a lot less heavy when lugging it over the rocks and dirt.

Haven’t finish watch the video, but love the body movement and arm/hand gestures in the beginning with Bob.
I think Sir Walter Underbridge was concerned because he wasn't under the bridge but on it.
Heh. Yes.
omg i listened to the podcast and i couldn’t stop thinking about it being animated. this was a good video!
Part 2 coming soon!
YES more animated Bob stories
the tilt shift seriously adds to this style of animation, lovely lovely lovely!
