One of the best speeches I have heard of an African leader in recent times
This speech is well meaning comes from a good place. We needed to hear this as Kenyans. Tanzania is far from perfect but it's time we had a free dialect between us. We should be able to lecture each other without taking it personally. So long as its respectful.
