I don't wanna give a negative vibe but i seriously cant we are still in same place even after epi 10 I'm watching this only for win and jane at this point because they are my favourite actors from gmmtv even before beauty newbie ~ the korean adaption delivered the message so beautifully ! The way mirae's father felt difficult to accept his daughter surgery coz he thought his daughter was pretty even before surgery ! The way mira's mom supported her surgery coz she doesn't want her daughter to be bullied how its difficult decision for parents and the woman !! Mirae had one amazing friend along with her from beginning till end and mirae had eyes only for do kyung soek and do kyung was the same he loved her no matter what they showed how mirae was insecure and how do kyung soek brought her out of all her insecurities , mira learns its so wrong to rate someone on their physical appearance coz the one who she rated low are actually true friends who stood by her she regrets and she also helps sua coz she could somehoe understand her pov too and that is the whole point of the show but here we are having 10 episodes of liu misunderstanding guy in every possible way she will trust a random stranger but not guy !! How will you sort it out all in four episodes ? you still have to show faye's backstory 😩 thai never disappoints with adaption they always gives the best version out of all but I'm so sorry but I'm seriously soo disappointed team beauty newbie you had such a talented cast in your hand you should have come up with better storyline 💔🚶🏽♀️

The preview... When you genuinely love someone, you just want that someone to be happy either with you or with someone else. You just want them to be happy. True love is such a confusing but such a meaningful, powerful emotion yet not selfish at the same time.

This series is annoying because of Faye s behavior, and liu just can't commit to guy because she is scared everyone will judge them, but little does she know she is hurting him more than anything. Saint is a good character but I think the best choice is guy 😅

Omg i really feel bad about liu, and the way her face lit up while talking about Faye to Guy's mother. I really hope the reveal of Faye's true personality doesnt hit her too hard. After all, it seems like Faye is the most important person to her. I know the ending was omnious, but i can only assume its because she will be caught, and Liu will be the bigger person and forgive her. I know thats not what the fans want, but i drama logic got me pointing to this conclusion.
Also im all for villains, Faye didn't have anything aside for her looks, so she took advantage of it, and made it her power. It's not bad, its smart. Of course, team FL here, but i cant help but admire Jane's character. So evil ❤
Once in a while Liu gets possessed by someone and she says things like she did h in this situation but majority of the time she isn't possessed so she acts like a scaredy cat

Here goes my ranting session!! I'm so frustrated right now to see the screenwriter butcher their story like this. It was supposed to be an adaptation but they changed the story to the extent that it lost its essence. The director made so many empty promises that this version will be adapted to the modern issues where the female characters will break the gender stereotype, but all I see is a weak protagonist without a character arc, who rejects a man and falls into the other man's arms at every chance she gets!!💀

I really didn't like the story, it was very good in episodes 1 and 2 but the next episode was very messy, this is even very different from the webtoon. Instead of sympathizing with Liu the author of the story made me really hate Liu's character I didn't even feel anything when she cried,this story should focus on how Liu faced society's views after having plastic surgery, how she built his self-confidence, how she realized that judging other people's faces was wrong, but here it instead highlights a very forced love triangle, how the two men could fall in love with Liu's character is like that?,apart from that the division of scenes between Guy Liu and Guy Saint is really disappointing, the development of Liu's feelings for Guy is not at all transparent, there are real scenes only from Liu's narration, whereas when with Saint their closeness and moments are more visualized,and most importantly, the colors of this series are very eye-catching, making the characters look like The Simpsons, aka yellow,thank u!
