For today we drive a K24 supercharged EK Civic making 330HP and has been an 8 year project. The Civic is a blank canvas for many auto enthusiasts, and this is why. I personally love the EK civic more than the EG. Love the Midori green on it! Looks so good and definitely has the balls to back it up too with a Supercharged k24

My high school auto shop had one of these in this color that had less than 1000 miles on it but it was donated by Honda with an “Educational use only title” meaning it had to be parted and scraped after being used by the shop.

I bought a 2005 STI as my absolute dream car thinking id leave my civic behind as my first car memories. I replaced an engine and needed another by the time i sold it 15 months later, and pulled the same civic out of the garage for a k24 swap. I just wont leave the hondas at this point
I went from Honda to an 08 STi for a little bit before I got in an accident. Switched back to a Honda (wagon) with a B18B swap and slapped a spooly boi on it and now I take FBO STis to gapplebees. I don’t miss my STi much tbh

I’ve always loved superchargers, growing up in a big block Mopar family, and I’ve always wanted to charge my H2B. This is perfect. Cant hate on turbos though for max power in smaller engines.

This thing is fantastic. I passed an EG hatch today for the first tine in years... I had forgotten how dang small they were. If I ever see a clean one, I may have to pick one up... I’m a sucker for high revving, light weight cars.

Ek all day. Plus that air walker front bumper is really cool. I was looking on icb one day he had one in stock I bought it that day. Beautiful and well sorted hatch looks and sounds like a blast. Cool review David.

This is pretty much my dream setup for my car as far as the motor and interior goes. I want to make mine look a little bit different but that's it, otherwise this car is my end goal

I think it's fargin mint! I honestly never knew that anyone made a Roots style blower for a K series. I remember the JRSC for the single cam, but I haven't seen one in YEARS.

Very clean Ek. Great balance of aftermarket and original Honda parts. I think my rsx looks pretty good. I just need a paint job. I have a few vids of my rsx if anyone wants to see it. People gonna hate my exhaust but I like it so.....

WOW! That’s just something to listen to! Jeez I’m shocked by how good it sounds. I’d run it on a semi stock exhaust and then bam you could hear ALLLLLL the supercharger noise
I want to build a supercharged/procharged engine for my car because I've had enough of turbo lag. Lovin the ssuututu sounds but that lag's killing me. Personally i preffer the eg but that ek's good. Sounds great, looks great!

man i'm not really a civic guy but damn S1Rs just look so good, they're my favorite wheels and make any car a gem.
I've got a similar plan in mind for my 1999 ej6 coupe. k24 with k20 head and oil pump, supercharger and lsd. Gonna try and squeeze 400bhp out of it, wish me luck!

Turbo D, max boost till it pops. Throw in another one for a few hundred

This makes me realllyyyy want to upgrade the supercharger on my R53 to a TVS. I just want it to lose the slightest bit of traction in a straight line, but still keep the 225's so it corners like it's on rails.

One thing that I like about the EK over my EG is the one piece hatch. A much simpler design.

I think I've seen this EXACT Civic at an auto show in my hometown. I'll have to look at some old photos to see if it's true. They mentioned it had BC Racing coilovers as well.

This generation and the previous generation are my my favorite Honda Civic's plus I love superchargers, never been a fan of turbo's.
that's because all the honda guys oversize them. I have turbo civic with a really small turbo and it's super responsive.
