I have not played CBT but I think I saw the one eyed captain available, for players who’s strong enough to one hit kill a mob that’s much better for them it regains SP after killing a mob and also gives movement speed again only good if the player can one hit kill the mob😊
When your character’s HP or SP is below 30%, it will automatically heal or fill in your SP. Helping your character to not easily get killed in the battle, this is very handy for grinding high level monster and PVP.

What does Sp Discharge mean? It is sp regen?
