Rampant corruption, real money transfers between GM's and big guilds etc. etc. so if you find a small server with a few people usually they are the cleanest ones. Servers with 300+ people have zero bot control, zero moderation and always something shady going on in the background. Since these are free servers usually run by 1 or 2 people the do not have the manpower to moderate such a big community and when they go to recruit from the community they will often get bad apples. RO died decades ago. What private servers are are just a corrupted husk of what this game used to be.

depends on the class I guess, i was searching for sniper build and this is the vid i first saw.. the private server im playing on has 1x1x1x rate (pre renewal server rules) . altho Rogue is more optimal for starters , I enjoyed this class a lot and learned a bit of the game. lvling up to 90-99 tho took me a while xD spent a lot of my weekends hunting cards too

Yesss...This is Ragnarok that i played in 2004, not just hit or afk, but you need a technique in playing, like a hunter using ankle snare to trap enchanted soil, or mage with combo fire wall+fire bolt or frost diver+lightning bolt, priest focus hunting on undead with heal, or crusader with firebrand with INT stat to use firebolt and hunting enchanted soils.
What a well made video, I'm flooded with nostalgia haha. Too bad I can't see classic RO the way I did 23 years ago, but I'm happy some people still dedicating themself to this rebirth game.
I used to run a similar build, a bit less on luk (57 for AM bonus) a more on int tended to increase overall blitz dps, but the best part was a cursed lyre with savage babe card, with that aspd you were dealing out curse and stun all the time, I did not have to touch traps even on centipedes.
Well i always used sniper combo card on mine to get 190 aspd but to mvp i used DS, ragnarok always show us we have many always to get same thing, awesome video

I remember playing AevaRO server over a decade ago. It was a very balanced server w/ active GMs and devs, cash items were really just aesthetics and no lousy wings or such, too bad they had to sunset it. I managed to become the 2nd richest player in the server, all w/ just pure grind for rare drops/cards to sell day and night. Had like 9 merchants on auto vend selling rares and mvp/guild dungeon drops. I could also solo Valks using dual client w/ my HP as tank just spamming SW and my sniper just hit-locking the life out of em. But playing my champ was the best, i always held all mvps respawn times since that was your advantage if you were the one who previously killed em so you know what time they'll exactly respawn again. I rmmber setting up multiple alarms on my phone for each mvp's scheduled respawn time so i can continue to hold their time to farm them. The Abbey, Odin, and Ice Dungeon parties to 99/70 were so much fun too, complete w/ slave braggy and dancer for exp boost and spamming FAS, SG and LOV. The Odin parties could literally go on running for 24 hrs or more as long as those who join know the mechanics and how to stack the braggy and dancer w/ the SB champ in one cell you'll never get wiped out, sinx, stalkers and HP luring mobs to the braggy pit. The party members just constantly changing like taking shifts to sleep then grind again when they wake up.😅 Good ol' days when I had so much time to play. I miss that era in my life so much. Now i'm just stuck in my 9-5 job, stressed all week, would just rather sleep after getting off my shift. 😢

the sadest part is it still underperforms compared to full agi dex. even more to just ds spam. what can actually save falcon build is falcon still atack on missed atack. or dmg not split. some servers do have it. In general its cool idea

Depends on a class/build, plenty of them are fine solo. It's just boosting/leeching is the most effective way to level up a lot of them.
