I'm a Forest fan and used to go to Meadow Lane when we were away. This is in the early 70's. County had a great side. Don Masson, Les Brad, Tony Hately. They walked the 4th division with great crowds, many of which were Forest fans. I wish them all the best.
I lived in Nottingham until 1980 and was a Notts County fan and I still am, little fact Notts County is in Nottingham and Nottingham forest is in Nottinghamshire
The redevelopment of Meadow Lane was a triumph...rather than relocate a tremendous stadium was created with the minimum of fuss . Notts fans should be proud of the place (and I suspect they are!).

Why would anyone be a Notts County supporter when Nottingham Forest are a stone throw away I'd be gutted if my family brought me up to support Notts County instead of Nottingham Forest.
