@Issproductions3180 I agree. You get a lot more out of it than the stupidly priced 4+ velociraptor set. I hate that they made the baby set $40 with an exclusive character locked behind it. I’m hoping for it to go on a nice sale before I buy it.
for #7 there was some glaring omisions, the camera on the back of the snowmobile was not mentioned or shown at all. and there is a helmet with snowgoggles included that you can swap out the hair and hat for. definitely one of my favourite small sets of the year
Oops, I commented the same thing before I saw someone else pointed it out! Yeah, the documentary camera and helmet add a lot to the play value with just a few pieces, as it's just more stuff for the rider to actually do once they arrive at the seals. Such a charming little set! Also it was #7.

I've fixed the hound to look like Fenrir from Norse mythology to battle Hulk and I fixed the back leg pose ability to make it cooler and the mixle joints are actually stronger and durable than the rachet joints I wanna buy more for army building since I got many pieces to fix it
the (ninjago oops) monkie kid bot in number 2 actually looks neat for its pose ability. I wasn't interested in bots and such but will look into this one.
Audio between different positions is so different... I know it was recorded separately, but maybe in post production you can fix it, otherwise you get heart attack while switching between positions or hearing barely nothing...
Looking at CAD conversion, 25 seems like an even better deal? I would say anywhere outside NA you’ll have to spend at least 10-20% more than USD prices, if not more. Whether it be higher taxes or other circumstances affecting the retail prices. I’d have to pay the equivalent of 25 ish USD too. The Star Wars mechs are the equivalent of 19 USD here so that’s the closest sub 20 over here. And the Jurassic Park set is 32. A lot comes down to pricing in each country too
At some point, all mech sets just blend into each other. I think you lost many by putting too many mech sets in this category and avoiding other legit sets in this price range.
I think the 3 in ones are really good for their price. Some have great general pieces too. I remember getting 2 of the shark and it was only 20 at my store.
I think the Dilophosaurus Ambush is one of the best sets of the year personally. It deserves to be #1 on this list

In Australia we add 50% to the US price 😢 the Aussie dollar really sucks when it comes to lego pricing
