If you are not ready to commit to being a parent, then it makes no sense doing so. Being a parent is more than being able to provide money. You have to provide personal time and make lots of sacrifices. KD is not at that place or point in life. I don't wrong him for that. I know fathers right now who were not ready to be fathers and their kids have a hatred for them. Yes, they provided financially. But, that was it. @Thrax 100 You're missing my point. I said that he is financially stable. He has a gift that helped him reach that level of success. So, that part is done for him. Most won't ever reach that level of success. But most can work towards their own version of financial stability. That could be something as basic as working your way up to a 6 figure a year career and owning your own home in a good neighborhood. That takes time and discipline, building character. And men are designed to have kids until they die. So, waiting until you're mature enough and financially stable to have kids is a viable option.

Not everyone is instantly in a rush to have children. People have no idea of how much a critical commitment that is. Especially when young. I truly believe those whom do have kids when young are either influenced by their partner, seeking fulfillment out of loneliness, or in a rush to staple it to validate them as a adult.
