Finally made the trek here last summer. Also saw the old train bridge in North L.A. off the 5, and made it up to Santa Cruz for the rest of the sites. Watching vids like these inspired me to make the journey. 🤘

I believe that was my second or third time at the cave and it never gets boring and I love going inside it. Also, it’s a great place to see dolphins. And lizards. And golf carts. A lot of golf carts LOL
@@SCOTTONTAPE I love dolphins. I could sit an watch them all day. I couldn't go in the cave i hate closed spaces like that even seeing as far as you went made me nervous but i wasn't about to miss it ♡
Wish you could've gone inside the cave since you had already gotten as far as you did. But yeah if you're claustrophobic then it's definite no-can-do :) Would've been interesting to see if the film crew or set designers had left anything from behind because the scenes inside the cave in the movie, the way they decorated it, looked amazing for a cave with the Jim Morrison poster, chandelier hanging, etc.. I'm sure the inside part doesn't look anything like it did in the movie now days of course but still would've just loved to have seen it. Thanks so much for filming what you could of it and wow! what a magnificent most beautiful view of the ocean there in the cave's opening. Just love it. Best of Luck on your vlogs!
