The barrier Seiko set up failed to fully eliminate Turbo Granny but it was more than enough to send said girls to the afterlife by force. Even Turbo Granny's monologue this episode was especially harsh because it was almost certainly pointed at herself in twain. When it comes time for a Youkai to die, they need to let their regrets go or they go straight to void. Also love the focus on the promise that Aira made to Acrobatic Silkie. Considering she's inheriting both her own life and the aura of a Youkai its substantial. It means Aira heard what Turbo Granny said about how the living and dead would forget her, a life that supposedly wasn't worth much.
This episode was great, though it was not what i was expecting we got some great world-building lore this episode and we got to see another side of Dandadan that i didn't know was in the series.
