Sounds like you had an amazing experience in Mongolia, and I completely agree-friendly locals make all the difference! :) If you plan to visit in winter, be ready for quite an adventure! From my own experience in temperatures close to -40°C, you’ll literally feel the air pulling at your nose hairs as they freeze (no joke!). Phone batteries drain quickly (almost like you forgot to charge before bed), and you can even drive on the massive frozen lake or river-it’s scary but surprisingly safe at those temperatures! And I’m sure there are tons more unique experiences to discover! Definitely check it out in winter-you won’t forget this one-of-a-kind adventure :)
Thank you so much, Zach! Coming from someone who lives in Mongolia and has such incredible adventures and unique experiences, that truly means a lot! Mongolia’s beauty deserves to be shared, and I’m so glad you enjoyed the video :)
@ I’ve actually been to Mongolia 5x, but I brought one of their Gers back to the USA 13yrs ago. It’s a beautiful home that reminds me daily of the Mongol culture of simplicity and connection to nature. 🛖🌿
@@zacharyhooleyWow, that’s incredible! Bringing a Ger back to the USA is such a beautiful way to stay connected to Mongolia’s culture and values. It must be amazing to have a daily reminder of their simplicity and deep bond with nature. Sorry, I misread your profile-I thought you live in a Mongolian yurt in Mongolia, not in a remote one elsewhere lol
Thank you so much for watching, for the kind words, and for sharing your thoughts! 😊 Mongolia truly is incredible!! I really appreciate your correction on the legendary name. Chinggis Khaan is indeed closer to the Mongolian pronunciation and is preferred in Mongolia, while Genghis Khan is more commonly used in Western contexts. You’ll notice I used Chinggis Khaan for the statue and square named after him to honor the culture. But in hindsight, I do agree that using Chinggis Khaan throughout would have added even more authenticity. Thanks again for noticing these details and for your valuable feedback! 😊
what an incredible video! the visuals of Mongolia are absolutely stunning, and it's great to see such beautiful untouched landscapes. however, i can't help but wonder if promoting these places for tourism is going to lead to overexploitation in the future. there's a fine line between showcasing beauty and risking its preservation. what do you all think?
Amazing, isn’t it? 😊 There’s nothing like that feeling when a place turns out to be so much more than you imagined. That’s the beauty of discovery and exploration :)
I'm glad you enjoyed the video :) While adding more greenery could enhance Mongolia's charm, its untouched, natural landscapes are what make it truly unique, isn't it?
Glad you enjoyed the video :) To visit Mongolia, you'll need a tourist visa. There are great tour packages for first-time visitors, so you can also check with your local travel agent to make things easier and save time if you prefer not to plan everything yourself :)
There are lots and lots of really untouched wilderness in Northern Siberia and Russian Far East, with no people whatsoever, even native tribes, not just tourists
Absolutely! Like Mongolia, the untouched wilderness of Northern Siberia and the Russian Far East offers a similar sense of vast, raw beauty-perfect for those who love exploring nature’s most remote places!
Thanks so much for your feedback and support! I totally get where you’re coming from, and adding subtitles is something I’ll definitely look into for the future. I really appreciate your understanding and hope you keep enjoying the videos :)

Hey! Haha, that’s a good question! Nomads actually keep it pretty simple-they usually use designated spots outdoors and make sure to keep everything clean and natural. Living close to nature, they’re really mindful of their surroundings. Thanks for watching and being curious about their way of life :)
Great fairy tale video in praising the mighty khan, the most cruel and mass killer warrior of all time. Hitler and Stalin would blush in comparison to khan.
Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts! I have to say that Genghis Khan wasn't the main focus here, but I understand your perspective and why you felt that way, as he is indeed a big part of the country’s identity. While Genghis Khan, Hitler, and Stalin all caused massive death tolls, their motivations were different - Khan was an empire builder typical of his brutal era, while Hitler and Stalin targeted populations with ideological agendas. Regardless, I respect your opinion and hope you still enjoyed the video :)

I knew Mongolia is amazing (Hu band), but thank you for this video. Very nice. ❤❤ BTW the correct title is Chenggis Khaan. His name was Temujin.

The volume on the backing soundtrack is too high, and the volume on the narration is too low
Genghis Khan's Tomb . where is it ?
Breathtaking video and country. But why those ai generated thumbnails? I think that isn't necessary
Here's an interesting fact: The first President of Mongolia held office for just one day.
Just wandering the nomadic where about is their toilet? Hope they live a hygienic way of life.
