The point on long term gains being the only one that matter is so 100% because maturing in fitness is knowing that you can take days off without losing muscles. great vid bro

I’m glad you clarified about handstands because I spend an inordinate amount of time training them.

Haha yes, Bruce! The pain of handstand is long, but the juice is WELL WORTH the squeeze!

Brilliant breakdown. I would say that in my time training I have easily made at least 3 of these mistakes 😂

1 more mistake to go and then you're a master 😅

I reaply like how you've delivered this bro. I think it's easy to talk about cali benefits but the downsides are key too

Hey, nice video and editing! I think if you purchased a high quality microphone, it would be even better and more captivating imo! The current mic atm feels muffled and just little silenced. It holds the richness of your voice and overall leaves an incomplete feeling. It could be related to processing of your mic instead of the mic itself but I honestly have no idea, just wanted to leave this feedback.

@@greg5892 I didn't say I can't hear it tho, I was talking about the quality of the sound, not the volume.

Thanks for the feedback - i take all feedback on board.
Think the hard thing with all of this is that this is that I make these videos alongside a demanding full time job so I can't focus on uping the quality as I can barely keep up just getting these videos out.
I've worked on using an adobe tool that uses AI to remove echo and background noise but we'll keep moving forward bit by bit, I'm sure
