Man I love these two games almost as much as I love RDR2! The 2018 GoW and Ragnarok are definitely in my top 5 all time favorite games of my lifetime and highly doubt they’ll ever be knocked out of the running for top 5 at least for me personally. RDR2 and Ragnarok will always hold a special place in my heart and mind because they helped me get through one of the hardest times of my life short of the loss of my mother. When my ex fiancé Kady left me and took her daughter (I don’t have kids of my own but that little girl was as good as my own blood and she loved me like I was her blood father plus she never knew her real father aka the sperm donor) I was absolutely DEVASTATED! I literally did nothing but play RDR2 and Ragnarok once I got home from work unit I went to bed for the night then rinse and repeat for months on end. I hadn’t played any of the other GoW games in YEARS and I wasn’t really a fan like I am nowadays lol but I did enjoy them on some level. So Christmas of that year my little Brother bought me the GoW 2018 game and I went crazy playing that game non f’in stop lol 😂 and that made me want to go back and replay Ragnarok and try to get the 100% completion trophies lol. I’ve still yet to 100% either game but I’m actually working on a full exploration run of 2018 right now! I was listening to all kinds of podcasts and other cast related content while playing 2018. I love the fact the they went Norse mythology because I’m Norse Pagan so yeah this was very interesting and well executed for the most part! Skål 🍻 you heathens!
