Excellent video. I have a question for you. I have a 2012 Rogue with a MAF problem p01 01 code. The Nissan dealer replaced the MAF. I replaced the air cleaner. I did not replace the PCV valve yet. The dealer I go to tells me they cannot fix the problem any more than they have because they do not have a Master Technician??? I am going to have to travel a ways to get a dealer with a Master Technician. The engine light has gone on twice now. It is supposedly fixed now. If not and the light goes on again and the car seems to run fine I want to turn off the engine light. I purchased a Walmart Hyper Tough HT 100 code reader. It is not much on instructions. It connects with your phone via Blue Tooth to give an explanation of the code. I do not need an explanation and I just want to turn off the engine light. My question is, do I have to use the Blue Tooth feature with the HT 100 or can I just plug it to the plug in the car, turn the ignition to on, read the code, and push the red button to clear the code?? That is a good question and normally what I do is read the manual thoroughly to get the answer. However, if all you want to do is turn the light off. I would suggest unplugging your battery for five minutes and see if that fixes your problem. I know it can be very annoying, but try that. If you have a problem with the same code, your light will eventually turn back on. Or if another code exists. But hopefully this will clear it off. you will need to reset your clock obviously. Hope that helps.
