Dont know if you've made use of the "old grease" that was in there before..But,nowadays you dont have to "pack" the grease like they did in the old days..and can you much rather just insert a grease cartridge ,which is a much cleaner process to start and to end with,once the cartridge is empty. (Ive inherit an old grease gun from my father,cleaned it out completely..and kept it in its "original" blemished state,yet have made use of the cartridges and have never turned back,)... Where did you find the spare/replacement parts if you dont mind me asking.. Keep up the good work.

I have this exact grease gun! I was my father's and he had it my whole life. I was just giving it a good clean out today.
I have never seen one you hand pack with grease! Interesting love the silver color! Excellent restoration!
