The funny thing is Eminem was in KoRn's 'Got the Life' video and when he was on set he handed the guys his mixtape and this was before he was signed to Interscope Records and KoRn had their own small record label at the time. That would have been awesome if they signed him, but we wouldn't have the Em we all know now so it worked out.
Yeah at exactly 4:00 minutes in on KoRn's Got The Life video. The Problem is youtube shows 2 other videos there and cuts off his head.

It would be really really sick if KoRn and Eminem ever worked together just once in the future. I mean, I know KoRn has changed their sound a quite a bit now and I still love them, but if they did one song with Em with their old roots, like more nu metal, then I think it would be a pretty awesome, angry sounding song! Their other songs that have them ft. a hip hop/rap artist have kicked ass IMO, so something like that would be orgasmic! Lol. Sorry though, just thinking out loud on TH-cam. :P
