That is my painting work when I’m doing my non dominant hand. No matter how hard I try to be patient and precise, and I always find those mistakes after I’ve cured my nail 💅🏼 - arhh so frustrating…and using a hand file I find that I cut or I scrape a lot of my cuticles in the process. This way is much more precise.
I've been looking for a video for this for so long, I known it was possible I just needed THE RIGHT SKINNY DRILL BIT!!! I need to know the name but it's called the uh oh bit lol? Or is it the shank bit???
@@EricasNails I've seen it but 35 dollars ??? I've settled for a pana bit around 7 dollars, it's similar but not the same, but this video definitely saved me I always have problems with overflooding curing and now I know which bits are okay, but do you recommend finer or course for these type of bits
@@-SLEAZY- we understand it may not be a tool for everyone. Never working with those other bits, we don't have a recommendation on which grit for them.
goodpoint! if you do have flooding before you add your models Hand into the lamp, YESS! but if incase flooding happens in the lamp, then the uh-oh bit is there to save the day!🥳
@@joycecamacho688 yup agreed! If you catch the spill prior to curing it's best to wipe it! Say the gel flooded into the nail sidewalls while in the lamp, this would be a scenario to use the uh-oh bit 🙌

Thanks! Welcome to the tribe!
I bought it and it is fantastic 🤩😊
So glad to hear that!!
Would you use this bit to clean up under the free edge? Thanks!
I'd use Erica's Under Nail Cleaner carbide bit for that!
@@EricasNails I’d love to see a tutorial on that too!
My drill doesn’t go in reverse. What do you suggest on the right side.
I'm curious what file do you have? all files must go in Forward and Reverse🫣
I use a thin metal file, turned up on it's side.
is this something alternative 🤔
I do the same, also I use a q-tip with polish remover. I have a day when I am not in a rush and do my nails, that leaves time between coats to dry.
Hi does this work with toes? And what RPM? I don’t see it on your website anymore. Are they still available?
Yes!
Is there a way to do it without having an electric file?
you can try using a very thin hand file!

It's the uh oh bit! Found here online: ericasata.com/products/uh-oh

I’m confused. Shouldn’t the gel have been removed before curing? Isn’t that how people end up becoming allergic?

Yassss
You can do this gently however much better to wipe it while uncured. Gel polish should not be cured into skin as it can cause allergies.

Sometimes you don't see it until later
😊
You’re damaging the skin every time you do that. Horrible idea.
Listen to the video.
