I. Stuck on shld showcase toe drag shots. I've tried everthing I know, which is not much, yet no registered to drag shots.. fun stuff considering it took so long just building a team.
I am a brand new player and I can't get any of these. I got the game on game pass 2 weeks ago. I understand I'm already at a disadvantage as a casual fan of hockey who doesn't understand the game in detail. Took me two days to figure out offsides and icing. But even after doing some tutorials and watching videos giving advice I can't beat any moments on All Star or Superstar that involve scoring or assists. I have spend at least 10 hours over the last week attempting these moments for these and no luck at all. Since I got the game I've spent probably 15-20 hours on Moments and haven't completed one above All Star. And the one's on All Star I did complete were either score just one goal of any type or didn't involve scoring specific goals like top shelf or top or bottom corners or assists. Stuff like hits, passing and dekes is doable but scoring and assists I struggle with a lot. I genuinely would love some advice or tricks cuz I don't know how people are completing these in like an hour. These free cards would be huge to start while grinding the rest of my team. Plus I'd like to get better before the next game drops so I can play online and maybe win some games.
I would say start in hut rush and get a feel for the game and controls then move to squad battle rookie and keep challenging yourself from there it will take time but any questions you have feel free to ask
@@burtkrown8842 appreciate the advice. I think lack of stick skills is my biggest weakness currently. I definitely need to learn how to deke and how to properly use my backhand and forehand especially at higher speeds for better shot opportunities. Still a lot to learn but feel solid for only two weeks in.
For newcomers, saying you won't need fodder to get these cards, is simply not true. Nobody that starts the game will get these superstar objectives done. But it's a great video for newcomers to have a few good cards in their team.
So I went on moments to see if I could do super star for 3 of these cards and I failed every single time for 2h. For hall 4 assists, 3 times in the row I went in third period with 3/4 and then all of a sudden my team’s ai can’t get the puck back. Twice my ai failed to score on empty net. I scored at least 13 goals bottom left, zero counted. As long as ea doesn’t fix that they shouldn’t have objectives like that
@@thomasjohansson6759 yeah that’s my point, if you are new to the game, there is no way you can get these done. In Fc 24 you can do all objectives to get players, by playing on semi pro. This allows everybody to get them done. Ea could just make them easier, but a bit longer.
As a new NHL player, I’ve struggled especially with the “score Top/bottom X corner” goals. Can score no bother but it’s so glitchy and never registers. Assists are also something I struggle getting on the higher levels. I think the EAFC model could certainly be followed. Ok, you could argue EAFC has got beyond silly with how easy it is to get these “free” cards but we all ultimately play these games to have fun and it shouldn’t have to come down to skill to get these guys. At the end of the day, a better player can outperform anyone with the same cards etc

I feel the objectives on some of these free cards are too difficult for new/average players to obtain these free cards
Same. It seems as is that is a feature, not a bug.
Sleeves has some good videos on TH-cam showing home to complete some players and most objectives are the same for all

Thats a skill issue if u know what u doing u can complete all these for free but i hear u not everyone can play on superstar

Hall is the best free card this year and he was a top 20 card the year it came out end of game on my team both year's
