World renowned piper and P/M of Inveraray & District Pipe Band Stuart Liddell performing as part of The Donald MacDonald Quaich piping competition held at Clan Donald Skye.
This competition is held by the Clan Donald Lands Trust in memory of the 19th-century master piper Donald MacDonald who did much to document the classical music of the Highland Pipes known as "Ceòl Mòr" (Great music) or more commonly termed today as "pìobaireachd".

Stunning pipe sound!!! But of course it is SL... Outstanding playing in every way! Exemplary and yet uniquely SL... Awe and wonder from a ceól mòr enthusiast! Magical Harmonics only get better with the progress of the tune!
That is what the sound of the Highland bagpipe should sound like... Piobaireachd at its finest...

What is the name of t,his ceòl mòr ?
According to the line I just now got to see between 0:37-0:45, "Cumha Iain Ghairbh Mhic Ghillean", or "Lament for John Garve MacLean of Coll".
