- Three of Blair's closest skim buddies wander the beaches of Laguna until they find some good waves! His friends include Johnny Weber aka @johnnywebergrills , Timmy Gamboa aka @timlovestoskim , and Geovani Reyes aka @indogramog . I do not advise trying to go to these beaches or through this cave in the summer time. These caves and beaches are only safe to visit during the winter when they are not filled with water and waves.

I went to Laguna Beach for the first time and it was the best skimboarding I've ever done
I want to go there so bad i live in pismo beach wear there is no shore break but good waves for surfing
I live in NC coast and it sucks so hard, so many shells, and rarely any wave able to be caught less that 50 feet out it seems

I’ve only been to California 3 times in my life, all for work trips, and every time I’ve gone I’ve visited this beach (thousand steps) and gone in all those pools and stuff. It’s so cool over there. Did NOT expect to see Blair at that exact spot lol

To go skimming with Blair might be the only reason I would ever travel to CA and be excited!! Lol ... Stuck here is Myrtle Beach, SC where we have freedom... I love the freedom but the waves suck ass 90% of the year, make that 95% & the drone shots of Dolphins got me in love.... I just love your energy that you ALL bring to skimming & the beach in general! Please keep it up!

Lifes a beach in Laguna. some of those coves are pretty serial.
Those oceanside pools were incredibly popular back in the late 1800's to 1920s or so. Basically every city with a rocky coastline to support it would have something similar. There's an absolutely massive one that's still active in Sydney.
I hope I can get as good as you one day

Great stuff! Have you seen some of the wake boarding vlogs from JB Oneill in Texas? Check out he uses the remote battery operated rewinch system. I think you all can create some awesome content out here on the West coast with that winch in the bay, pool and river areas.
