Hi. Got an issue with mine where they randomly stop playing or skip tracks. Doesn't seem to be an issue with the phone, rather the controls on the earbuds. Any ideas?

Hello! We recommend that you reset the pairing of the headphones with your device:
Remove the headphones from the case. Press and hold the touch buttons on both headphones simultaneously for 4 seconds to perform a pairing reset with the device. Place the headphones in the charging case. Then repeat the process of pairing the headphones.
