@@dan3017 Try to use a tweezer or tsani or karayom para matanggal mo sha ulit. Be sure na tama yung shape bago mo sha isalpak ulit. Tignan mo yung isang earbud as a reference. Or itry mo ulit ibagsak para matanggal sha ulit. 😊🤙🏼

There's difficulty on the controls; it does not properly show where to do the "clickings" to control the volume or to go to next or previous music.. etc... you have to feel around the headphone to learn....

Hi Kenia, just turn them off, unpair it/ delete it from your device then turn off the Bluetooth of your phone. Then put the earphones back in the charging case and let them pair with each other again before you pair it with your device. Check the earphone bluetooth settings in your phone too. SBC? AAC? Sometimes it depends on your phone model, OS and even interference in your room. Hope this helps ☺️👍

Just press the touch control for 3seconds to choose the game mode. 64-145ms latency usually but some are saying there’s a 1 second delay on their phones. So i guess it depends which phone you got. As for me, I can play CODM with no noticeable delay. I’m using an iphone and my poco x3 pro. ☺️🤙🏼

Nag aauto connect kasi yung earbuds sa last na naka pair nya. Pagnagkonek na right side sa phone mo eh idelete/unpair mo yun sa bluetooth ng phone mo then turn off the BT. Tapos turn off mo parehong earbuds and then on to see if they pair automatically with each other. Try mo rin sa ibang phones or laptop. Otherwise just chat with the shop para mafigure out. ☺️👍

Sí, este auricular se ve fácilmente afectado por interferencias. La recepción de bluetooth no es tan fuerte.

Hello po binili ko po iyang headset nayan pero po nung tumagal ng mga 10 hrs nag off po ung left headset tapos po sa right side lang kumokonek kung alam nyo po kung bakit patulong po
Charge mo lang sila ng sabay. Baka wala ng charge yung isa. Delete mo lahat devices sa bluetooth ng phone mo. Hayaan mo muna sila mag auto pair sa isa’t isa before you turn on the Bluetooth sa phone. Hope this helps ☺️👍

Nag aauto connect kasi yung earbuds sa last na naka pair nya. Pagnagkonek na right side sa phone mo eh idelete/unpair mo yun sa bluetooth ng phone mo then turn off the BT. Tapos turn off mo parehong earbuds and then on to see if they pair automatically with each other. Try mo rin sa ibang phones or laptop. Otherwise just chat with the shop para mafigure out. ☺️👍
