It's not algae a UV won't work it would be a waste of money and electricity I'm sure the stuff you ordered will work I always use the powder but it will be nice to see if the extract will be as effective 👍

What you on about not using pipe cutters they do the job for me!

I bought two of them for 1.5 inch pipes. They kept crushing the pipe and not cutting them. The cutters would then bend and become useless. So I gave up using them. I also returned them. They may be ok for small pipes but not good for larger pipes
