Lmao just make an animation save the id go to ServerScriptService and put this script : game.Players.PlayerAdded:Connect(function(Player) Player.CharacterAdded:Connect(function(Character) Character.Animate.jump.JumpAnim.AnimationId = "rbxassetid://YourAnimationIDHere" end) end) its pretty easy and he is not the only who gives a functional way

Just did all the steps and made a custom walking animation, but the walking animation is just the generic R6 idle animation gliding on the floor. Any ideas on how to fix this?
the part i kept doing wrong was i didnt do the load part when i got the animation from free models make sure you click file and load so the animation is actually there

Like the fact that when you put on one item, the animation that was before was replaced by another, but when you put on another item, the animation became different. it worked but when I loaded the game again it stopped so I need to do that every SINGLE TIME so I just deleted everything and raged sol hard threw my mouse across the room and punched my pc >:(

The character can be R15 as well as long as you animate an R15 model :)
Edit: or find an R15 animation in library.

I tried doing this and works but when someone joins with a animation pack equipped it doesn’t work for them
You need to set your game to r6 or r15 only (if you want r15 you need a different rig (r15 rig) and set your in game animation to standard)

try seeing if you copied the r15animate script and didnt use the r6 one
if you're gliding through the floor try disabling some plugin that give the player animations

Go to game settings>avatar>change to R15 then save, that's for main game, for animation you need different model, and try researching on net a bit.
