I think people totally accept Spider-Man without the greater Marvel universe (not me). But a world with Spidey villains and Spidey characters without Spider-Man is a bridge too far.
Why didn't they just have the Venom symbiote be a rebel that helped imprison Knull, and fled to earth the keep the codex away from Knull? This could have been so easy. Just say Venom was entrusted with the keys to the jail, and told to get as far away as he can
Love when my favorite things cross over. Hearing AnyAustin mentioned made me giddy, would love to see Austin break down relaxing and interesting places in the weekly planet podcast recording room
I had a dream the film rights to Spidey were back at Marvel Studios and there was a bunch of fun great team-up movies. Then I woke up crying in Morbius’s basement.
Listening to James pop a soda can and Mason go method to inhabit Thomas Holland, the only thing I can think is "god, these guys know the true meaning of the word Commitment."
they could solve world peace, but there's too many bloody SPUMM movies and if they dont cover them who will??? Apart from the other YTbers but they suck
James telling us what the story was? The world seems backwards now... Up is down, left is right, dogs and cats living together in harmony... Mass hysteria!
Its only on Steam, but I can HIGHLY recommend UFO 50 if you need a balm for modern gaming. Its a 50 game compilation of retro style games built for a fictitious 80s system. The games are deep, varied, and are a perfect combination of past and modern game design sensibilities.
Four comic book movies without a marquee superhero released between October 2018 and October 2019, each grossing about a billion. Their sequels, released over the past year, have all underperformed. I'm beginning to think there's a pattern...
I see this kind of comment a lot these days and I have to wonder if anything's changed media or culture-wise to make marketing less effective. Not that I can personally relate. Twitter news and TH-cam ads have worked fine for me in terms of marketing movies.
@ferhog7705 well for me, I have youtube premium and then streaming sites no cable so unless I hear sal from comic pop or mr sunday mention it on an unrelated video sometimes I just don't hear about the less good ones, same thing with borderlands didn't know until the dumpster fire propelled it into news
That funny because for me personally this movie was advertised literally everywhere. TikTok, TH-cam, Twitter, IG. I’m seeing constant ads for this movie. It actually made me pretty confident they’re gonna lose a ton of money on the marketing alone.
venom is dumb fun and exactly what i expected, wouldnt want amything better or worse. i was glas the last dance was just as stupid as the previous 2. i liked it better than Romulus lol, but im glad the Alien and Predator movies are going to keep going

I’ve gotta see Kraven tho. I’m a diehard Hulk Stan and I’m willing to settle for Grey Hulk with horn since we’re not getting a Hulk movie anytime soon.
Well, I’m just glad we don’t have a director being financed by a Lebanese billionaire helming cape movies anymore. And I’m glad Netflix isn’t paying for his dopey zombie movies either.
The mates, brothers and secret lovers.

This Blade movie still trying to ice skate uphill huh?
Wesley is too good for anyone to replace him.
@@li-limandragon9287technically Blade is in the Eternals post credit scene tho (Ali speaks to Jon Snow)
Nice 😂
Thats gold, even a 9 year old can tell Venom with no Spider-Man is a silly idea 😂😭

1:15:10 was NOT expecting an Any Austin call out in my weekly planet!
I did not expect the double stair kick with venom and eddy. Sony is finally taking risks
I thought Venom getting a SA in prison from Hobgoblin and Mysterio was a bold move.
Just skipped to the end, Snake Eyes next week, confirmed!
I was literally watching Any Austin yesterday! His videos are so good in such a dry humor way.

Whoa, Tom Holland as a guest? Yall are really moving up 💯
Can’t believe got Tom Holland on their show before Sony got Tom Holland in a SPUMM production.
Came for the Venom 3 review. Got reminded to do my tax return.
Scariest time of the year mate.
Welcome back everybody to another episode of the Weekly Planet
I know it probably would have been too much, but it would have been interesting to have antivenom because he would have been a big Spumm

Perfectly timed. I just woke up

The Blade lore in this podcast is legendary

The Aunty Donna "Hit and Run" directed by Clint Eastwood
Cant believe they got Tom Holland on the show
I'm just here to see if the boys are adequately refreshed with pop, as well as doggo cameo.
Venom 3 should have the subtitle: People telling other people what they already know The Movie.
I did like the David Bowie sing along with Rhys Ifans and Venom that was fun
The movie will be called Blue Wolf but it's working filming title will be Blue harvest which as you know...
It's the spookiest time of the year, and I'm not just talking about the US presidential election.
That "hey Google" is really screwing with my car
I'm playing Loop Hero on Xbox.

What a great guest spot from Tom Holland! Amazing! I salute the producers of this podcast.
It always sounds like Tom Holland is a sock puppet when he makes an appearance on the podcast. He should be a regular 😂😂
"Look! Its the Young Avengers!"

Why don’t they edit the letters theme in if the what are we reading theme is edited in

No idea what the chris Nolan movie is about because I always have to skip when maso does the tom holland voice crap😂
Not even kidding people I didn't even know there was a third venom. Saw no trailer heard no things...

Not understanding why venom doing a little dance is movie magic is all the proof you need that the boys don’t get these movies.
Thumbs up for the math struggles
