I switched to tampons a year back and I cannot say this enough, they have changed my life. They made my periods so so so much easier and comfortable. I hate the feeling of wearing a pad now. You do have to wear a pad at night you should not wear a tampon to sleep, its not good for your health. But still they have been a super super effective change in my lifestyle.
