Mineres disease Being posterior vertigo (BPPV) Vestibular Migraines Binocular vision All these can also cause visual and motion intolerance. When I’m having a vestibular migraine (no head pain) going into a supermarket or scrolling on device or watching tv makes me dizzy
Hello :) I have Vestibular Migraines and what this is is a migraine where the main symptom is dizziness as opposed to head pain. It’s common and people who already get head pain type migraines. I also have posterior vertigo. So with vestibular migraines, you can be dizzy and have a headache, or if we do get a headache migraine, your dizziness can be before or after it or during it. Migraine can be silent, can very much affect the vestibular system so people like Me can have ear pressure, tinnitus, ear, fullness, dizziness, vertigo, and also disorientation when we go into stores with a lot of isles and labels and food and patterns. If you look up vestibular therapy, you’ll find some exercises on TH-cam, but the one I gave you is a very common one. I hope everything works out for you. You can also check out Doctor Michael Teixido here on TH-cam, he specializes in neurology and migraines he’s an ENT/neurologist. All his videos are awesome and all about dizziness and vertigo. Often times somebody with vertigo or dizziness does not have a cervical spine issue, but rather it is coming from their vestibular system or their brain brain meaning central. Best of luck to you please keep us posted.
Have you tried cawthorne cooksley exercises? They helped me but I’m not a doctor so can’t advise you. I also cut down screen time and also started a medication called Piracitam that helped with my weird head feelings. Prayer also helps and leads to answers.
