It’s 9 years already since I played this masterpiece! I remember it was released the last year for me in school. Now I graduated from university and got a job! Wow time is flying, a lot of memories with friends and randoms in this game man

I still like this campaign so much detail put into it and the graphics are so good. I just wish those qualities could have been put to use on to a better story and to one that isn't following some weird 4 person squad the entire time. In BF3 you were one of a million soldiers not some 4 man squad doing everything, also with your teammates could kill enemy NPCs

The underwater section in the Titan though, I know for sure it wasn't nearly as buggy on the Xbox (back when it was still supported). That being said, I wonder if there's updates that are required for the single player, that aren't rolled out anymore due to the game no longer being supported.

Back then, we thought the Chinese would be using old Soviet Sunburn style antiship missiles that skim the ocean surface. The idea behind that is, missile would use earth's curvature to hide itself until it's relatively close. In reality, it only works well against single naval cruisers, not aircraft carrier battle groups. AWACS or even drones would spot these sea skimming missiles far out enough for antiair to have time to shoot them down. Today, we know the Chinese use hypersonic ASBMs instead. They would be coming down from above, using speed to shorten response time window. More importantly, the energy difference means they can evade in an oscillating pattern that offset faster than the speed of antiair missiles. It would be like throwing a baseball to try to intercept a bullet, when the bullet can evade faster than baseballs' top speed. Energy wise, there is no solution to this as long as interceptor missile is fired from sea level upward against a hypersonic projectile coming down, as no tech advancement can counter energy imbued by Earth's gravity.

i dont care how old this game is it still looks so nice and better then some new game when it comes to graphics that bloom really helps in my opinion

Its impossible to sink a aircraft carrier, you can rip a hole through the deck and it won't sink.

It still is supported on Xbox and the under water action was my worst nightmare, there were a lot of buggs

Ive been saying this the whole time, USA does not need to engage in a war against ANYONE at thid point, especially the Chinese or Russians.
