I spoke with Chris Remke, a recently retired Australian gymnast.
At the age of 25, he already has a long list of accolades, including a Commonwealth gold and multiple medals at the gymnastics World Cup. He speaks about the impact that high performance sports has on mental health as well as how one can feel lost when a chapter of their life comes to an end.
