But maybe I'm just a "traditionalist? Gonna look for a native american cookbook now. Especially interested in what flavorings, herbs, and spices they used.

Greetings, this is a Superb Breakfast!! I made this yesterday for my husband's bday. He's very particular. It was gone in minutes 😅 The few changes I made was using not just fresh cilantro, I added some dill. We used thin portions of chicken...it all worked great! Much Appreciation ❤❤❤

делал это "куриное гнездо" вчера после работы. В целом получилось очень вкусно, НО внесу поправки и пояснения: 1. если кто будет делать впервые, на пробу, - учтите, капусты нужно очень мало. Нарезанной в видео хватит на 5-7 "Гнёзд". Диаметр сковороды для жарки - не менее 26 см, лучше 28 см- будет немного больше простора для жарки. 2. Ветчины можно на пару пластиков побольше - вкус абсолютно не испортится. 3. Масла лучше в два раза больше, хуже не будет и не будет углей. 4. !!! Я делал это блюдо СНАЧАЛА на индукционке, жарил на сковороде 5- 6 минут, режим нагрева чуть выше среднего, чтобы не жечь сковороду и блюдо, без крышки. Сковорода должна быть ЖЕЛЕЗНО антипригарная, гнездо должно полностью скользить при приготовлении, иначе при попытке перевернуть изделие оно будет стараться рассыпаться, если хоть где-то пригорело к сковороде. 5. Далее поджаренные гнёзда со сковороды я перекладывал в не большой антипригарный противень, опять же намазанный маслом, и в духовку, разогретую до 180 градусов,... яйцо в гнездо заливал уже на разогретое в духовке. Когда яйцо достигало стадии готовности начала побеления белка ложил сверху сыр. Далее наблюдал за стадией его плавления. Когда сыр расплавлялся - всё это вынимал из духовки. Время запекания в духовке было не менее 5 минут. Тут надо учесть, что во время жарки надо подгадать время начала включения духовки чтобы её не гонять впустую. Весь процесс сильно сжат по времени. Нужно успевать разрываться на несколько процессов: и жарка в сковороде новой порции и жарка в духовке предыдущей, т.к. нарезанного в видео сырья хватит не менее чем на 5-7 порций, а в сковороду войдет не более 2 за раз... НО КАК ИТОГ - получил тоже что и на видео, ВКУС ОЧЕНЬ понравился и мне и жене, она умяла сразу пару штук, степень прожарки/ пропекания тоже хорошая. За 5 минут конечно не сделать, минимум минут 20-25 потребуется, НО оно ТОГО СТОИТ. Вместо зелёного лука использовал обжаренный до желтизны лук луковицы. Ни какой зелени как на видео не добавлял - посчитал что нет смысла, т.к. она просто сгорит вовремя приготовления. за рецепт огромное СПАСИБО.

This one has gone well passed that, I think I’ve divided it all up I might have between 20 and 25 portions which obviously can be frozen down, look forward to seeing another recipe recipe from you in not too distant future, I hope you and your family are keeping safe and well,
