Ugh. I've managed to avoid BotBots altogether for two years, but watching this again and hearing Thew trying to rationalize them in the Transformers universe... I kind of want some. I like the idea of them just running around in the background, with maybe some helping out the Autobots and some helping out the Decepticons, while most are just content to simply do their own thing.
I bought my niece a blind pack single as a stocking stuffer and she adored it. It turns into a corn dog, which is not something I ever thought I'd see as an alt mode. I'm glad for it though. She likes it, and that's the point, right?
There's a moment in Return of the Jedi where Admiral Ackbar yells "ALL CRAFT!" before barking out a bunch of orders. On the VHS copy we had, we could have sworn he was just yelling "BULL CRAP!" and it was the funniest possible thing to kids.
I think Frohawk was supposed to be an aerosol deodorant? Also it's Combiner Hunters Arcee with the giant sword. That sword was taken from Beast Hunters Predaking (cyberverse upscale)
When Botbots were first announced, the fandom was really "Oooh err ugh blah", but after seeing them, I feel like they're just charming and adorable? And not all are equally great, but this video is confirming the "charming" part. :)

I got the same techie team set, mainly for the headphones(my second tech thing gorilla, now I can have a gorilla playing games using a gorilla as a controller while wearing gorilla headphones) and the laptop. you should also see frostferatu, a little ice cream cup vampire.
My nephew loves my Transformers but they're too complicated for him, so I picked up some of these for him for Christmas, and I ended up thinking they were cooler than he did. They're cute as all hell. Also, thanks for another year of great videos. You're one of my favourite creators on here, and one of the few whose content isn't dependent on projecting a foul mood.
