Those are going to be beautiful bars! I love using clays as colorant. Does the sea moss have any distinctive odor when you rehydrate it? I have not tried it yet in soap making. It speaks volumes as to your character when you speak highly of your ex-partner and advertise his business as well. That rapport is so important for the kids.
Thanks so much! I love using clays and other natural colorants. They are so beautiful. The sea moss smells like the sea. Usually when I soak it I slice lime or use cinnamon sticks during the simmering process. Using either one of those would decrease the smell. And YES having a healthy co parenting situation is Best! I really appreciate your support in my channel 😊
@@BasicallySoap I’m happy to be a new subscriber and although I’ve been soaping for over 36 years, I am still learning new things, especially from the younger soapers. Thank you for the tips on preparing less-smelly sea moss. Two of my absolute favorite additions to the creamiest soap are Apple Cider Vinegar and Buttermilk. I’m excited about trying sea moss as well. I don’t have a TH-cam channel, but if I can help you in any way, don’t hesitate to ask. Nice to meet you, Mia.
I really appreciate your support. I am always trying to learn something new or try something different. That’s what I love about making soap! So many different types of colorants, additives, or water replacements that can be used. And it is very nice to meet you Donna!
You do realize that if u hadn't blended it until it was so thick the pouring of the soap would have been much cleaner. Next time try to blend less so it more fluid so it can pour properly.
Love 💕 will be ordering soon For the winter. love your products
Thanks so much love🥰😘

Thanks for the advice. I’m new at making soap and videos at the same time so hopefully I’ll get use to it soon. 😉
