UPDATE - this place is pretty gross. The water, while clear also has debris, like broken beer bottles, shirts, trash on the ocean floor. The restrooms are gross and water barely comes out of the faucet. The price for each chair is $15 and $10 for an umbrella. However, if you buy the bigger package for $55.....you basically get hosed out of $10. They couldn't explain to me the benefit of paying $55 for 2 chairs and umbrella. No free drinks with the $55 package, either. It was a let down.

Do they rent Jet skis there ?? If not, where is the closest place to the Cruise port that rents them ?? I've never been to Ocho Rios yet but going in March.

That’s too bad you feel this way. You are missing out on the local flavours and atmosphere of the ports of call. Just say “no thanks” and keep moving. Remember they are just trying to make a living and they could be panhandling instead. The people trying to sell you their goods are not going to harm you they just want you to buy something.

Russell I’ve been to Ocho Rios about 5 times, we never thought of just walking over to Margaritaville Beach, Thank you👌🏽🛳
@Trina D Yes. I know right. It's so close to the ship and so easy to get there. Plus you have a chance to shop at the stores near by.

Their are two piers ships dock at. Princesses dock by the industrial side, which is not good this side is better.
Right. I rarely see another ship docked st the princess pier. For sure where we dock is much easier to get off and walk around.

I don't even get off the ship anymore. This port is not suitable to walk by yourself. Some people just take a taxi to the beach.
I can understand why. The locals are very aggressive and pushy even when just trying to talk to you. I dont love it as much when I get off the ship.
