Woodturing (Ep. 9) - 10 Bowls, 2 Days!

I am moving in the next couple of months and I've made it my mission to use up a bunch of wood as to not have to move it again to the new place. I challenged myself to use a few Ash logs laying around and see if I could make quick work of making 10 bowls in just a couple days, which I did no problem - perhaps could have gone a bit quicker if I had a bandsaw (which I actually just added to the shop after finishing this video).
I've been using the lines a lot in my work, but when using Ash I get the best look as it creates an interesting illusion when they interact with the natural grain of the wood. This is commonly known an a Moire effect!
I did lose some footage while making this video which is why some parts are cut short or are not shown (such as sanding... but who wants to watch sanding anyways!).
