The reason the “your body my choice” phrase has become such a popular phrase is because Nick Fuentes said it as a reference to R-PE. THAT is why the sister freaked out. The OP was okay with her husband “joking” about him r-ping her sister, that’s not political, and if she “loves her sister more than anything,” she wouldn’t be okay with anyone saying that to her. Even her husband. The reason you should know Nick Fuentes wasn’t “joking” when he said it, was because he has openly talked about this on his show multiple times over the years… he openly admits to wanting to find a “16 year old wife” and has said flat out that he will likely end up unaliving his wife someday. These are not jokes. (Side note, he got doxxed after this and pepper sprayed an older woman in the face for knocking on his door. Then he went to live in his mom’s basement and a former close coworker of his mom’s came out and said his mom had leave work often to pick him up from high school because Nick would intentionally poo his pants in order to get out of school. He also talks a lot about hating his mom and twin sister. Do with that what you will.)
We know why it’s terrible, it’s just ridiculous that OP is writing this as it’s a simple joke. The fact that she thinks that her husband saying it one time means that her sister shouldn’t be scared of him. 🙄
@@funnyfoxbird the OP said it was “a joke about ab**tion” that’s just been going around on tiktok and it wasn’t. So I was clarifying where it came from and the context. And also giving the funny/ironic little aftermath of Little Mister Womanhater himself running to his mommy because women found out where he lives. (Which is usually something I don’t condone but this time it was just taking out a step, considering s-offenders are required to register their addresses publicly anyway.)
My friend in the south went through multiple miscarriages. She had to wait until she was sepsis as well as the fetus having no heartbeat. It's a miracle she didn't die.
And that’s just a consequence of doctors being worried about getting their license revoked. It’s so ridiculous that these laws are created and people think that there are no huge consequences or that these occurrences are rare
Right, so here's the issue with "Your body, my choice". That's not political and it's not a joke. That is straight up a threat. That is seeing a woman as property. So for OP to swear up and down it's a joke about abortion when it's not is already an issue, but when finally realized it was about SAing women, she doubled down and said "He doesn't mean it like that." How?! How would that be okay to make as a joke? Dakr humor isn't threats! I fail to see the joke that the husband made. I bet he said that in a threatening way too. Regardless of what political standing you have, how he said that is him implying he will take her rights away, she's his property. That's the entire "joke". And not only that, but this stands out to me too: He's never made a “joke like that, to her”. TO HER, meaning likely he’s making these “jokes” around others, and probably knew not to say it to the sister. Then he got drunk and he's a Trump supporter so he threw that in her face. OP admits their parents are dead and she single handley ruined her relationship with the last family member she has for her husband and assuming voting for the orange man will benefit their small business.
@@TitanQueen and the fact that it literally came from someone who openly admits to being ok with SA, looking for a 16 year old bride, and saying he “will likely unalive his future wife” but also these kinds of “jokes” were the basis for Texas State University’s debacle the week after the election when dudes walked around with signs saying “types of property: women, cars, houses, slaves”
The allergy one - you are meant to call an ambulance after using an epipen for multiple reasons. One being that sometimes one epipen is not enough and also because there is such a thing a secondary reaction that happens hours later usually, so they usually keep you for a while to watch for that.
My mom isn't a liberal, but she refused to vote for Orange Man. According to her "it's between voting for someone I don't agree with on all fronts or the devil."

It is a federal sales tax in disguise. The exporter pays the tariff to the US Treasury. The exporter marks up the goods and passes the cost to the consumer. It hurts people with no extra income and a high marginal propensity to consume. People with extra income pay the same sales tax for eggs as lower income consumer. I think it is a ploy to get rid of income tax and use the tariff collections to offset. Getting rid of income tax benefits high income earners.

Yes, epipens are generally only useful for a little while, they are basically to secure you for the time it takes an ambulance to arrive. It won't always mean you need the hospital, but it's always better to make sure medics check you out.
ER clerk here (with my own allergies and an epipen for it) - epipens must be followed by medical professionals checking you, whether it's calling an ambulance or taking yourself to an ER. Epipens give you a maximum of 15 minutes. Its called epipen because it's a pen with a dose of epinephrine, aka adrenaline, which stops the reaction temporarily by suppressing the body's immune response (which is what an allergy is, an immune response to the allergen). Once the epipen wears off, the reaction can restart, which is why you need medical treatment, so they can give more if needed and monitor your vitals in case you have a bad reaction to the epi also (which can happen). Also, if an epipen is past its expiration date, keep it if it's not cloudy. It will still work, it just gives you less than 15 minutes, so use it first, then use the one within date if help hasn't arrived and it's wearing off (that was advised during my cpr and first aid training).
Story 1: Yes, he assumed he could either change OP's mind or would try to get her pregnant. He's scary and beyond selfish. We can all guess who he voted for. 🙄

"I dont like to talk about politics", "politics divide people", "why do we have to bring up politics"...... politics WILL affect your life regardless if you want to discuss it. Everything is political and people need to care for there to be change. From the potholes on your roads to groceries to wages to medical procedures. I get wanting to have a space to be politic free but know that I appreciate that you guys care and your input is valuable in a time where there's guys out here quoting dangerous things towards women and a literal criminal/rapist has been elected as president.
I gotta agree with the poster on the Santa thing - and I don't think it's about calling the Santa a pedo. I guess I'm pretty sensitive to it because I worked for decades with vulnerable children. A lot of the issue was helping people learn to respect their boundaries. I get you guys don't have kids yet so you're not in the place to spend much time thinking about it -- but there's something off about forcing young kids to sit on a total strangers lap if and when they don't know that person. You're teaching them that it doesn't matter if they're comfortable with that guy or not - they should do it anyway because it's a cute pic and that their feelings on it don't matter. My nephew is just under 2 and so far my SIL has taken him twice to Santa and both years he looks weirded out and terrified of the guy. After she did it this year she said she feels bad she did it and that she's not sure she'll do it again. Again - it's not because Santa is a pedo. It's because the unfortunate consequence is that she's teaching my nephew that in this one instance that his feelings about being creeped out with the guy are less valid than the Santa pic. If she's going to raise a kid who is safe from stanger danger, it's pretty important that kids have SOME - a little bit of time to adjust and some autonomy with rando weird dudes - and to them mall santas are random weird dudes - they don't know any difference. (And it's no good teaching them that any guy dressed in a bad santa costume is fine either). It's one in a lot of steps that could break their radar early, and it's not a good idea to do that to little ones.
Agreed! But am I the AH for being a little suspicious that the reaction happened right as he was getting down on one knee? I know reactions are not always instant, but what are the chances that her throat began to close up at that very moment?
The amount of people I blocked and unfriended in real life was huge lol and I have no regrets… keep my circle small and only with those who aren’t stupid enough to vote for Trump.

Love the podcast, thank you guys for entertaining me through the downfall of our empire ❤️💙
European here. I've said this before and I will keep saying it. Abortion is not politics. It's a human right in my and most European's eyes. NO country in Europe completely prohibits abortion. There's only one country that restricts it to cases of r*pe and danger to the mother. Abortion is legal in every European country. Why is the US so completely backwards with these things? Has this ever been a discussion in my country? No, and it will never be, because everyone recognizes it as a right. It's very concerning to me that the US is becoming more and more of a "third world country". From a European's perspective it's completely absurd. It's concerning that 50% of the people voted through such a joke of a president.
@vellathewench It is legal in Scotland, you just need the approval of two doctors. They're looking into modernizing their abortion laws to not require that.
@@emma-pc there’s still abortion laws they very just like they do in the USA, I’ve read where in some countries you can have an abortion up to 10, 12, 14 weeks and due to medical reasons after. The UK and Netherlands it’s up to 24 weeks gestation and after that it’s medical reasons. So it’s similar here. It just depends on the State in US. 13 states have a total abortion ban. 28 states have abortion bans based on gestational duration. 7 states ban abortion at or before 18 weeks' gestation. 21 states ban abortion at some point after 18 weeks
@@Sj-sv1lm Where did I say there are no abortion laws? That's just ridiculous. It's legal in every European country. There are no countries with a total ban. No European country would refuse an abortion and let the mother die.
@@emma-pc I never stated that you said that. I just added facts so that everyone is educated. Also the states that have a complete no abortion law still have medical exemptions but there are many issues with that because even though there are medical exemptions people are afraid to do them due to the fear of repercussions. I’m not sure if it’s a fear only or if there’s actual facts that have shown the fear is justified. I don’t live in a state that’s total ban on abortion. US is just so big that I want to make sure people realize there are other options. I live in a state I feel align with what I want. Also just for facts Malta is considered the only EU country with a complete ban on abortion. Poland has very restrictive abortion laws, often considered a near-total ban, only allowing abortion in cases of rape, incest, or when the mother's life is at risk. Just adding in facts
It’s not just that he thought she’d change her mind. She thought she’d change her mind because of him. Him saying she didn’t want HIS kids and taking that so personally means he already had the little fantasy in his mind where she said, “Gee golly jeepers, I’ve never wanted kids, but you’re so amazing, that now I can’t wait to have YOUR kids.”
I had finished this episode the night before, but just paused it at the end instead of closing out of the episode or TH-cam entirely. And my phone does this weird thing where it restarts a TH-cam video from the beginning if it has been paused for a long time and the app is still open. So, long story short, I woke up, glanced at the texts on my lock screen, put down my phone again, and then this episode scared the he'll out of me by shouting at me. 😂😂😂😂
People need to realise that being apolitical is not some sort of intellectual moral high ground and that ‘leaving politics out of it’ is simply not an option for people who’s very existence has been made political. That only works for people who are privileged enough to be unaffected by, if not benefiting from, current politics. “Jokes” like the husband made can not be seen outside the context of politics if the politics are creating a society where the scenario that’s being joked about may very well be a reality for some.
48:26 I have to disagree with y'all on this part. It's normal for a parent to not want their child sitting on a stranger's lap outside of this situation. It shouldn't be overlooked just because this particular stranger is in a Santa costume. You didn't hire this person yourself, didn't do a background check yourself, and you sure as hell do not know their true intentions. Not saying the tradition should be scrapped, but I think it's normal to be suspicious and want to keep an eye on your child during the event. Being a parent means you have to unfortunately think outside the box regarding norms to make sure your child stays safe because predators take advantage of such norms
About the second story: I'm not American, but I'm 100% sure that American politics will influence not just my country, but the hole world. The United States is, in a way or another, the center of the world's economic and political ground. And that's what piss me off the most! The people that voted for Trump are so self-centered that they can not think what this will impact outside of the US. I hate politics too john, it makes me so angry 😂
I will never understand why people who wants kids stay with people who don't want them... for both of your sanities and mental health, find someone who wants (or doesnt want) the same things as you. Why do they need to control them? 😪
I’m in California and I’m still scared about my reproductive rights. It’s not a joke. I got another iud because my husband has cancer and we can’t reproduce on his treatment. My husband has and never will tell me what to do with my body. We’re adults and we review the moment we are in and see if children are possible, that’s how adults decide to have a child.
I have a family member who isnt even registered to vote but is very pro trump. She has had 2 miscarriages, one resulted in needing an abortion because it was incomplete. Shes also a small business owner with 2 living children, yet is still heavily pro racist-sexist-felon She is so uneducated on his policies, and just politics in general it makes me sad that she has kids. They deserve a better mother. Shes worse than nurse hannah (anyone on tiktok knows exactly who im talking about) and CPS did nothing when i reported her because the rural south doesnt care how you treat your kids😢
She likes Trump because he dumbs down the things that come out of his mouth (not that they were any smarter when they entered his brain) so she can actually comprehend what he’s saying. & as a school counselor in a non-rural place I can tell you that CPS is a complete joke everywhere. I have seen them send kids home with their rapists. It’s disgusting. The system is broken beyond repair.

Not just in case, you need to go to the hospital after an epi-pen.
Agreed! But am I the AH for being a little suspicious that the reaction happened right as he was getting down on one knee? I know reactions are not always instant, but what are the chances that her throat began to close up at that very moment?
I’ll never get tired of My Chemical Romance’s cover of all I want for Christmas is you.
🎉 JOHN FOR PRESIDENT 🎉
The amount of people I blocked and unfriended in real life was huge lol and I have no regrets… keep my circle small and only with those who aren’t stupid enough to vote for Trump.
I respect tf out of you guys. A lot of podcasters hesitate to get political, I think it’s because they don’t want to offend listeners, but I don’t think that’s right. Our world is being taken over by a rapist, criminal and whoever he picks to be in his club this week, and the right thing to do is to say something about it- even if it causes you to lose viewers, because those of us who are the good guys are going to support yall twice as hard.
Love the podcast, thank you guys for entertaining me through the downfall of our empire ❤️💙
Best way to calm people down: it's just a joke 🙄
I would love to see a collaboration with OK Storytime! ❤
josh's "you're about to get paiiid" needs to be a new button 💸
I actually agree that Channing Tatum is a basic white guy in good shape. I think Josh is just as attractive.
That intro was so goated
Why did i think you were referencing master of puppets in the beginning 😂
The Rotten Mango shout out! Lesgoooo!!! 😎
Also, oh my god, John, another Stephanie Soo/RM fan!!!!
It's concerning that 50% of the people voted through such a joke of a president.
i was under the impression it was illegal in Scotland? Or at least it used to be. I don't keep up with news much anymore, it's so depressing.
That’s not a joke; it’s a threat. There is nothing funny there and people have to be incredibly heartless to think otherwise.
I just found these guys and glad to find more youtubers that are this based and funny 👍
Am I hearing it right that John likes Pentatonix christmas songs? My Pentatonix heart 🩵
0:01 first time I instantly liked
legit found out about the new Kendrick album last week from the MUSTARD!! a couple weeks ago 😂
With the channing tatum one, i think its fine to say his looks are overrated but saying he's "round" is annoying and rude
Top intro of 2024 😄
John I agree with you on the Mariah song 😖
48:26 I have to disagree with y'all on this part. It's normal for a parent to not want their child sitting on a stranger's lap outside of this situation. It shouldn't be overlooked just because this particular stranger is in a Santa costume. You didn't hire this person yourself, didn't do a background check yourself, and you sure as hell do not know their true intentions. Not saying the tradition should be scrapped, but I think it's normal to be suspicious and want to keep an eye on your child during the event. Being a parent means you have to unfortunately think outside the box regarding norms to make sure your child stays safe because predators take advantage of such norms
hard agree with Sean on his opinion if the masterpiece that is Hanson - Snowed In!!!!! best Christmas album ever made ong frfr
About the second story:
I'm not American, but I'm 100% sure that American politics will influence not just my country, but the hole world.
The United States is, in a way or another, the center of the world's economic and political ground.
And that's what piss me off the most! The people that voted for Trump are so self-centered that they can not think what this will impact outside of the US.
I hate politics too john, it makes me so angry 😂
Trigger warnings for basic human rights and labeling women as “political content” feels wrong.
Christmas Is Cringey: Is OP 12?
I will never understand why people who wants kids stay with people who don't want them... for both of your sanities and mental health, find someone who wants (or doesnt want) the same things as you. Why do they need to control them? 😪
MUSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRD!!!!!
🔥🔥🔥
Story 1 - "to his credit" goes on to describe the bare minimum followed by a whole heap of new ways he was selfish and horrible.
I feel like the TW should have been for misogyny and hark towards women instead of political content
I hope thai doesn’t awaken sometiing…
Gosh, I love surprise allusions to fave shows like Community.
36 and 34 married for 8 years means they were 28 and 26, not illegal 😂 also anaphylaxis is pronounced anna-fill-axis 😅
MUSTAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDDD

I’m in California and I’m still scared about my reproductive rights. It’s not a joke. I got another iud because my husband has cancer and we can’t reproduce on his treatment. My husband has and never will tell me what to do with my body. We’re adults and we review the moment we are in and see if children are possible, that’s how adults decide to have a child.
I like peekaboo 💃🏾I have that song on repeat
Ooh now i wanna watch step up
I have a family member who isnt even registered to vote but is very pro trump. She has had 2 miscarriages, one resulted in needing an abortion because it was incomplete. Shes also a small business owner with 2 living children, yet is still heavily pro racist-sexist-felon
She is so uneducated on his policies, and just politics in general it makes me sad that she has kids.
Woah..
If you’re a p3do. Mall Santa? Good gig. I’m not saying all or even most mall Santa’s are p3do’s. But I am saying most p3do’s have a great seasonal job.
Do you guys generally listen to hip hop because every time y’all somewhat talk about hip hop it involves Drake, Cole, KDot, and Kanye
Yuck don't talk about politics. Especially when its nonsense :D
Not your channel. You don't get a say.
Thanks I thought it was for a second.....it isn't yours either. Hello Captain Obvious :D Good Day.
