No way!!!!! WOW!!! Here in my backyard. I drive by that house all the time how did I miss this one lol!! 😂 that’s great!!! Awesome guys!! That lets me know even in a small town like what is Reidsville I can find home run deals.
Can you get take down deals from on the market? And use re-list them after you close and clean the property out? Or do you think this strategy wouldn’t be as effective that way? I ask because i get most of my deals from agents and on the MLS.

Not usually unless you buy it significantly lower that the list price. For example, it’s listed for $350k, you take it down for $210k then re-sell it for $300k
@@FlippingMastery that’s what I was thinking. Because if everybody already saw it wasn’t selling on the market then they would most likely ignore it if it got listed again

Can anyone recommend what the best lists are to pull when it comes to wholetaling? For example, if I'm only trying to wholetale & not wholesale. I plan on doing both, but what will give me a higher probability of finding more wholetale deals?

Usually because you still get cash buyers on the mls
