We only support 25/30/50/60 fps currently. Are you working on a project that requires those specific frame rates, or are you simply trying to match from your footage's frame rate? I'd be surprised if you notice an issue going from 29.97 to 30. But please let me know! (Andy)
Can you help - when I put my iphone videos into Camtasia 2024, they are all blown out / washout. The videos look great in 2022 and of course on my computer and phone... but once they hit the Camtasia timeline, they look horrible. Is this an HDR issue with Camtasia? Is there a setting I can change so this does not happen... and why is it happening in 2024 but not 2022? Please help!
@@nelli.bonelli yeah, that doesn’t sound reasonable. The technical side of me wants to ask what kind of computer you have along with how large of a file you’re exporting… (etc). But the first thing I’d do, is reboot my computer and try again. If you’re still having issues exporting, reach out to our tech support team here: bit.ly/techsmith-help
Helpful tutorial. Thank you
Is it possible to render a video in 29.97 / 59.94 fps or only 30 / 60 fps?
