I met Vic Tayback in 1984.....in Santa Barbara California Such a wonderful Spirit,my encounter with this Actor had me laughing all night long at the Bar and Grill...It broke my heart when he passed away....They just don't make Television and Movies likes we watched by in the 70's as 80's..... Alice was an amazing show,Every Actor and character is sorely missed 💔🙏🏿🕊️
You forgot Beth Howland who played Vera Gorman, Mel's scatterbrained waitress on the show for all 9 seasons of the show. She was always referred to Mel as a dingy broad and though she was neurotic and awkward, she did have a heart of gold. She died on December 31, 2015 from cancer at age 76.

I towed Linda Lavins car in the late 80's and gave her a ride home. I knew she looked familiar but didn't realize exactly who she was until the next morning when I saw her name in my paperwork the next morning. What an extremely friendly lady she was.

This show was so funny 😂 In my opinion it went downhill after Flo left. Kiss my grits 😂😂 Flo was hilarious. What's sad is how young Tommy died so young. Philip McKeon's death hit hard. May they all have continued peace and rest. 🕊️🙏❤️ Beth Howland has also passed away.
