i can recommend a shiny vulpix spot also for lappa berry. It´s a 100% encounter grass but only from 21:00-4:00 ingame time (hoenn Mt. Pyre)

You can shunt psyduck 5x horde 100% in twinleaf town. Shorter distance than the one in eterna city. Can heal via mom house!

I feel lucky I got a shiney sandslash around 70 hours. I was grinding exp in victory road lol. Im about 200 hours in now, hopefully im due another soon. Not looked into boosting shiney odds yet i heard you have to pay irl cash etc.

using leppa berries to farm heatmor shiny feels like a waste, I usually sp attack ev farm heatmors and try to get a shiny heatmor w/o it its not too far from the pc
