@@bryanhernandez2891 I’m glad I’m not alone on this opinion, sometimes expressing triggers passions, Hopefully dingwall work on it on better electronics and pickups positions, having the pickups aligned with the harmonic location is not exactly the best for a good sound, only in theory might sound good but not in practice
@@francoishtzl157 for me the pick ups is actually why I really don’t like dingwalls, but is nordstrands pickups which I actually dislike, I still not been able to find some pickups of this brand that sound decent, I don’t understand the hype on this brand, I think that dingwalls would sound vastly different and probably way better with some other brands like Fishman fluence or some european makers like Delanos or to justify the price Haussels or bassculture, IMHO
@@IgnisIban the pickup are not made by Nordstrand. It is their own design build in house (or in Korea for the standard serie). They are designed for those bass and won't sound correct on another instrument I think. At least only on a multiscale design. For the moment those are the most piano like and balanced pickups I have play and I love the tone I got with my Dingwall. But everyone have different taste
That is one beautiful instrument!
A work of art ❤
Awesome build and video!
Thanks guys!
Could as well be the best sounding bass in the world. Shame the player somehow forgot it's a 5 string...
Yes why does this always happen?! Weak demo player.. and so much fret buzz! This UTube channel loses its credibility.. I'm unsubscribing :(
🤤
Gorgeous construction but as all the dingwalls that I tried the pickups and electronics sound like 💩
So true man 😰 looks amazing and sound like 💩

@@IgnisIban The pickups definitely sound good. It is not what you like but for a lot of Dingwall players the pickups they make are really good
