I always add a tsp. of lemon juice to the berries and sugar. I don't know why but it just tastes better that way imo. You made an amazing cobbler thanks for the video!
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback and will try to film some other recipes i have learned over the years. I am rather new to cooking so hope I can learn as I go.
If the butter was frozen hard, you could have used a grater to add the butter to tge flour. Did you use any cinnamon or lemon juice to the recipe (vs water for moisture).
Ah, great advice! I will keep that in mind for future recipes. I have used lemon juice in my apple pies but haven't tried it in my cobbler. Thank you for watching and your great advice.
Ok, I guess I was the only one who saw it. At about 3:25 something flew into the bowl as you were stirring. I tried to catch it but I couldn't pause fast enough. I'm just wondering what it was? I don't care, except I'm curious. This sounds tasty! Thanks!
I grate the butter…..I would also add buttermilk instead of water and a tsp of vanilla extract to the berries while they’re soaking in the sugar.
Great advice! I will give test a try this summer. Thanks!
Bake in a larger pan to help prevent run over.

Get yourself a pastry cutter to cut butter in. Or for top crumbs. Looks delish!
That is great advice! I will look for one next time I go shopping.
Looks really good! 😋 That topping is great on some sliced peaches too. Or probably any sweetened fruit you'd want to use. Endless possibilities 😊
Great idea!!
Looks good
Thank you, give it a try!

That was just brown sugar clump coming to the surface. Thanks for watchiing!
That was extra protein!
It looks good, but I wish you had dished it up so we could see what it looks like in the middle after cooking.
Sorry about that, I will do that next time!
Reduce sugar and flour to only 1cup each add 1egg and you can omit baking powder butter can be melted if you reduce sugar and flour
Thanks for the tips!
12 years since his death come 4th of July- he was a better short- order cook than Me

Why are you using a liquid measure with the dry ingredients?
Because I am limited to using what I have. I'm definitely not a professional!
