People commenting on how people can be so cruel. I’m sure this trap was put out for rats and mice. Maybe even bugs, like spiders, and the snake accidentally got stuck on it. People acting like someone grabbed that venomous rattlesnake and threw it on a glue trap. We put glue traps in our garage to control bugs. This kinda stuff is unfortunate, but it happens.
Vegetable oil worked for me when I caught a lizard btw I don’t believe in banning glue traps I had a brown recluse infestation in my house and the traps were one of the ways I stopped them from mating . I was catching brown recluses under my master bed I had to move out into a trailer . It was a horror story really . Just be responsible don’t use them outside and check them often to make sure you don’t have anything live in them
You could see all the roaches or whatever it was on there that I’m guessing was in a garage when this poor little fella slithered in!!! I’ve had to remove more than my fair share of creatures from glue traps! It is heartbreaking! People should not use them. They have no idea how much animals suffer.
Liked for the efforts, but that did NOT look good. Poor thing basically skinned itself trying to get free. Can they possibly heal from something like this or did it have to be put down?

You guys are just heroes. Glue traps MUST be banned. Thanks for all you do!!
Vegetable oil works really well on a lot of those traps. I’ve gotten a few sneks out that way.

This breaks my heart. Thank you!
You can use as mentioned above vegetable oil, wd40 or any other oily substance and whatever is caught will easily get off
Dude, you ROCK! And rattlesnakes LOVE ROCKS!!!
Although I’m not a fan of rattlesnakes, glue traps are so cruel and should not be available.
@@michellemartin8077 I so agree with you about glue traps!

Use vegetable oil
I hate glue traps.
Its so cruel.
Vegetable oil or WD 40
Olive oil will loosen anything stuck on a glue trap uninjured.
Poor Ruber!!
Looks like he lost some skin. Will he be ok in the wild until he sheds? Poor thing.😢
❤
Thanks for helping
Can you use iso alcohol to make the trap disolve
They didn't make the snake come to their home to roam around
Thank you!
Hope you got him out safely. This is horrible
poor baby :( people are so horrible sometimes
They use these traps to catch mice not snakes. Unfortunately, this occasionally happens.
