I'm so glad I'm able to be here, to watch your videos and to learn more about classical music. I can't tell you guys how many times you've helped me when my mental health threw itself out the window. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Brett, Eddy, thank you for being here.
The thing about pop music is that each piece is boring because of layering - sound effects get a lot of use, as well as catchy melodies. Take around 4 bars of classical music, and loop them, but then mix other classical music together, and that's basically pop.
It’s an anxious time. Perhaps if yo set yourself apiece or skill to learn, and a date to learn it... or start with a goal of 10 minutes a day.... I imagine you will feel better if you can make astart and have some achievement, no matter how small. The world will still be there when this has settled. But I guess that’s easy for me to say, I don’t play an instrument and I still have a job and can have a sense of purpose because I’m a nurse. Best wishes, good health to you and your family.
In fact “Dou Yin,抖音”, the Chinese name of Tiktok, means vibrato only in Taiwan, but Tiktok was not founded in Taiwan, it’s a mainland Chinese company, and in mainland China, vibrato is called “Rou Xian,揉弦”. So there’s literally no relations between vibrato and the name.
Dou Yin 抖音:Dou 抖 means to shake, to shiver, Yin 音 Means music/note. And TikTok in China is kind of...not as good? Because there are people plagiarising other's songs and the videos' quality aren't as well made. Especially the music plagarism...so I guess musician app? No.

Me: sudden flash back when the only other kid in the band couldn’t play the high notes(clarinet) and my band teacher had the composer of the song come out and she had me play the part in front of the hole bad alone.
I'm so glad I'm able to be here, to watch your videos and to learn more about classical music. I can't tell you guys how many times you've helped me when my mental health threw itself out the window.
I cannot express my gratitude enough. Brett, Eddy, thank you for being here.

One of my Orchestra teachers told my class that, he has a student that was like “I wonder what rosin tastes like” and licked the rosin
Stay safe from Corelli-19 every one!
Stay home and practise!
@Chloé Gaquerre You're right. Just try our best to avoid all unnecessary social activities.
The thing about pop music is that each piece is boring because of layering - sound effects get a lot of use, as well as catchy melodies. Take around 4 bars of classical music, and loop them, but then mix other classical music together, and that's basically pop.
7:45 that song was “a Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief” just thought I’d put that out there 😂
Thank you!
Every since quarantine, I’ve honestly been too discouraged to practice lmao. I haven’t practiced my violin in like 5 days.
Besides, tiktok also an apps which stole your personal data, so think before downloading:)
Doesn't 抖音 mean trill?
Also, the original English name for TikTok was musical.ly
Pretty sure they were going for music from the start.
"颤音"in other region
Dou Yin 抖音:Dou 抖 means to shake, to shiver, Yin 音 Means music/note. And TikTok in China is kind of...not as good? Because there are people plagiarising other's songs and the videos' quality aren't as well made. Especially the music plagarism...so I guess musician app? No.
Store: Alright this is one of the last toilet paper rolls we need to give it to someone who REALLY needs it...

I love you guys you guys encourage me to practice my violin and before corona virus quarantine break I made it to my middle school’s chamber orchestra thank you guys I’ll always be ur fan!!!
When I was in middle school I was only one of two French horn players in the school and the only one in my class; the stress of being called on to play solo in that situation is real
The joy of commenting on here within an hour of the video being posted almost beats the satisfaction of actually practicing.
Almost.
We miss your Ling Ling workouts and musical charades!
That moment when you already know all the memes because you are too often on r/lingling40hrs instead of practicing
You should buy the $40 DIY violin thing and build it on your channel
Eddy: How’s everyone being affected by the crazy shutdowns?
Me, living in Japan: What shutdowns?
