I live in Japan. I got that EXACT same printer and it's sitting on that same table that you have that I got from Costco lol great printer when it works, but will be a headache over time. make sure that the software that you're using with is not pirated. most Chinese companies sell these printers with pirated software that will eventually stop working when connected to the internet. mine was fine for a year until I connected to the internet. my machine shut down out of no where and I had tons of orders. Make sure your print out a color chart daily for minimum clogging. also try to keep your room temperature above 18-20 degrees Celsius. Humidity and temperature are very important with these machines. Using varnish will shorten the life of your print head. good luck!
Thank You for the tips! I bought it from a rep on alibaba and she actually been super helpful and currently on a wechat group chat group with tech team in case of any issues and they actually helped me figure things out. But still will keep what you said in mind its always good to be cautious.
Thanks for sharing. Just came across your videos. I'm an event planner and am always looking for new ideas for party favors. I really like your content. Just trying to see where this could possibly be useful in my business before I buy
When you got your machine did it come with some microchips and a small black plug in with 3 prongs. Mine did, and I am not sure where they go. None of the videos that came on the flash drive even mention them. I have watched tons of videos on this printer, and I cannot find one on unboxing and complete set up. I have other printers, but I have never had one not include microchips without explaining what to do with them. Thank you!
Hello, I have the same machine and the same acrocrip but I cannot configure the size of the sheet in the program, so that what I want to print is the same size as what I see on the screen
Yeah that was one of my biggest issue with the printer. It's difficult to explain through text. I made reference in my different videos on how I measure. I am working on more videos I can include a section that explains in more detail how to print to the measurements you want.
Hi there, I hope you are able to respond. I would like more information on ordering this machine. Ive been afraid to order from Alibaba. as I was ripped off before. But I've been looking at purchasing a machine like this for the past yr now. please give me some Insite.
Yes normally you can print directly on the cup, mug, bottles etc. My printer came with two different attachments (cylinders) for different size mugs/cups. I am currently working on a video on how to print directly on the cups so stay tune for that.
@lalawmpuialalawmpuia9677 I haven't had to replaced any parts yet, so I haven't done the research but if I had to start somewhere I would reach out to the sales rep that sold you the machine, they usually sell replacement parts also.
I am not sure about polyester plastic 🤔. I know plastic for sure and definitely not fabric since UV INK will just crack (or so I read and seen on youtube.)
It can be difficult to figure out where exactly to print. For me it was the most difficult part but I just didn't many test prints and noted it down so know I know where it starts and keep my same settings.
Yeah you can print on any object like wood, glass, acrylic, etc except for clothes or any kind of fabric. I have the paper I currently use on the description so definitely check it out.
Yes, now that I know how to work it and maintain it, I am very happy with my purchase. I actually made a pros and cons video about this printer, you can check it out. ☺️
Hi, I just posted an update video on my printer. The one I am using is UV ink so I don't use any powder to set the inks, that's more for apparel I believe and this printer is set up to do only objects like glass, wood, plastic etc. For this printer I bought the A&B Films for UV Printers.
@@DigitalArtMundo Thanks dear. What is the version and does it have the option to print white, color and vanish? My is "DTGRIP 10.5" but it has no vanish option. I would appreciate if you can do a video on the software itself. Thanks dear
Look like your first test print of varnish is not correct, it's not showing gloss at all. You'd better gone with XP600 printhead, it's faster than L805 head. Always check white ink as it's the hardest to maintain to not clog the head.
Yeah been learning so much on this now that I had enough time with it. When my business grows more I will definitely have a better understanding and choose a better printer but for my small business it's been working great now that I worked through all the kinks lol
A very long time. I am still using original ink bottles and I been testing so many things and I know I wasted so much ink on stuff and I still have ink left. I did purchased new ink (better quality) once this one is gone I will be changing them out.
@@DigitalArtMundo I purchased one but not sure where to find the ink as the manufacture sent it after the machine and it takes 2-3 weeks. Where do I find the ink replacements ??

Hi, Which ink to use for uv dtf hard or soft?
I haven't tested different inks sorry. I just know I really liked procolored inks so I buy from them now.

What is the temperature that you use for laminating B film?
I have my laminator set at 95° and it's worked out best at that temperature.
So would you recommend buying the A3 machine?
Yes definitely! After you get the hang of it and understand the maintenance required it's really an easy printer to use.
Please what is the name of the software you are using?
DTG RIP Software

How’s the machine running today? Pros/cons?
Currently working on a video on pros and cons, now that I had enough time with the machine. Will be posting it next week look out for it.
How long has the ink lasted
A very long time. I am still using original ink bottles and I been testing so many things and I know I wasted so much ink on stuff and I still have ink left.

@@DigitalArtMundo I purchased one but not sure where to find the ink as the manufacture sent it after the machine and it takes 2-3 weeks. Where do I find the ink replacements ??
Why don't you buy DTG? Is DTG not good technology or Higher price?
DTG is "Direct to Garment" and I don't do many tshirts or things like that. My business is more with cups and other items like that.
The shipping is soooo much
Yeah! The machine is so big and heavy, I think that's probably why shipping cost is outrageous.
