And while we're on Utah, BYU's Vocal Point does an OUTSTANDING acappella version of Christmas in Sarajevo (the Trans-Siberian Orchestra song).

Can I suggest a couple more artists who do great Christmas songs - Straight No Chaser (their acoustic live Mary Did You Know is my favourite) and the Hound + the Fox - What Child Is This/Child of the Poor.
