Organs at risk delineation sometimes is difficult in a CT scan, in this lecture i am trying to simplify things as much as i can for my junior colleagues.

Honestly I contour the temporal lobe portion only, being a serial structure small volume matter.
The only trick that I may add is that wen you contour it change the window to bone window as this will change your edge border contour.
