This will probably be a whole video in & of itself... The short answer is I use Blender for things I need to do fast, and I use Cinema or Houdini for things I need to look hyper-realistic.
Great video as usual . have a small question. after switching to blender what did you prefer octane or cycles ? Iam trying to use octane on blender (prime version) but it always gives me an error
The truth is probably that I would prefer octane, but that blender just isn’t built to use other render engines. Often times addons and things use the color profiles & image presets in blender specifically built for cycles. So while you might get a “better” final image with another engine, it’s almost not worth it to use. I’ve found it’s better to do a little more work in post to work on color and look, but not go through the headache of trying to use octane or anything natively in blender
thanks buddy
High quality educational content, per usual. Bravo
Much appreciated!
awesome! love it! waiting for new C4D content!! :D
It’s comin! 🔥
Thanks for sharing your insights! Have you switched entirely to Blender? Which one would you recommend, C4D or Blender?

You're welcome! Glad you enjoyed.
is there a way to change the color of the scheme ? The text against the dark background looks so blurry to my eyes its hard to work in c4d
